Sommer Contemporary Art is a commercial gallery founded in Tel Aviv in 1999 by Irit Fine Sommer, making it one of the most longstanding and internationally connected galleries operating within contemporary art in Tel Aviv. The gallery's dual mandate — promoting Israeli artists on the international stage while bringing significant international figures into the Israeli context — has remained consistent across its history and successive locations.
