Around Paseo de las Artes, contemporary galleries tend to work within a porous environment where exhibition spaces, antique dealers, workshops, and artist-led initiatives remain close to one another, giving the area a hybrid character rather than a polished market identity.

Nueva Cordoba plays a different role. Its proximity to the city's institutional circuit gives galleries and project spaces access to audiences shaped by museums, universities, and cultural education, even when the strongest commercial activity lies elsewhere. A third axis can be read around Pasaje Revol and related central spaces, where artist-run initiatives and collective rooms extend the gallery map beyond formal commerce.
